These terms explain how AuroraStack Ltd sells, supports and provides access to its products and services, including AuroraStack Event Calendars.
AuroraStack Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
These terms apply when you use this website, buy a subscription, request support, or use an AuroraStack product or service. If a separate written agreement is signed by AuroraStack Ltd and a customer, that agreement takes priority for the services it covers.
AuroraStack Event Calendars is distributed in a GPL-compatible way. These terms do not remove or restrict any rights you receive under the applicable open source licence for plugin code. Paid subscriptions cover access to paid downloads, updates, licence activation services, hosted services and support, not ownership of AuroraStack trademarks, branding, website content or hosted infrastructure.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe checkout unless AuroraStack agrees another payment method in writing. Prices, plan limits and renewal periods are shown on the product page before checkout. You are responsible for keeping payment and billing details accurate.
AuroraStack does not store full card details. Payment data is handled by Stripe and its payment partners.
Paid plugin downloads, licence activation, updates and paid support may depend on an active subscription. If a subscription expires, is cancelled, or payment fails, paid services may stop at the end of the active billing period. Local software already installed on your site may continue to run subject to the software licence, but paid updates and support may no longer be available.
You are responsible for backing up your WordPress site, testing changes before using them on a live site, keeping WordPress, PHP, themes and plugins maintained, and making sure your use of the product complies with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.
Optional setup services, including Assisted Install and Launch Setup, are one-off professional services sold separately from yearly software subscriptions. The service covers only the scope described at checkout or agreed in writing, such as installing the plugin or web package, applying settings, importing supplied event data or connecting a gallery source, and carrying out reasonable responsive checks.
You must provide accurate site access, content, event data, licence information and approvals needed to complete the setup. Do not send passwords through public forms. AuroraStack may decline or pause setup work if the site, hosting plan or website builder does not allow the required plugin, embed, script or configuration access.
AuroraStack aims to provide reliable products and services, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Features, pricing and plan limits may change over time. Existing customers will be given reasonable notice where a material change affects an active subscription.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, AuroraStack is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, website downtime, third-party service outages or problems caused by hosting, themes, plugins or custom code outside AuroraStack's control.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you additional rights in your own country.
